LUNCH POLICY Students are encouraged to bring 2 snacks for morning & afternoon breaks + lunch and a water bottle.  Gwinnett County is offering free school lunch daily to any of our participants, snacks are not included. Please let us know at check-in if your child will participate in the lunch program. Children are NOT allowed to get food delivered to the school.

 

CELL PHONES:

Cell phones must remain out of sight and in silent mode during instructional time.

 

PICKUP/DROP-OFF

Drop-off & Pickup is outside of the building in front of the school's main entrance. Please stay in your car and form a SINGLE carpool lane. A staff member will come up to your car and check you in. Students are not allowed to cross carpool traffic to get to the parking lot. You must pick up (and drop-off) in the carpool. Please do not leave children unattended outside of the building before 8:30am. 

 

LAPTOPS & DEVICES You are not required to bring a laptop computer.  We will have rental devices available to use (free of charge), courtesy of Inspired Heart Youth Empowerment.

LATE PICKUP:

There is a 5-minute grace period for late pickup. Beyond 5 minutes, a late fee of $1 per minute will be charged. For late pickup beyond 15 minutes, additional fees will apply.

CARPOOLING WITH OTHER PARENTS/FAMILY MEMBERS:
Please provide a handwritten note at drop-off if a friend or relative is picking up your child.

MEDICAL:
If your child has a severe food or bee allergy, please consider bringing an EpiPen. Please write the child's name on the outside of the container.
